Chris Baker
Chris has been ‘acting up’ all his life (just ask his parents) but it was after studying Drama at The University of Hertfordshire that his passion for the arts truly kicked in.  After an International Tour with the Jolly Roger Theatre Company Chris worked with anyone that would have him, from Murder Mysteries to Grange Hill. Not just content with showing off in front of people he also directed an outdoor production of A Midsummer Nights Dream in Radlett, which was very nearly upstaged by the 7.30pm to Kings Cross – teaching him a valuable lesson – location, location, location!  Credits include Friar Laurence in a NODA award winning production of Romeo & Juliet, a Mason in the feature film Chemical Wedding, and multiple characters in the offbeat radio show, The Valdania Chronicles.  Most recently Chris appeared in an original piece SOFA at The Abbey Theatre St Albans.

CJ Dyson
CJ is passionate about the arts in all its forms and studied Drama, Theatre & TV at Kings Alfred’s College, Mime & Physical Theatre with Desmond Jones and Acting for Radio at the City Lit. Favourite stage roles to date include Jim Hawkins in Treasure Island, Roma in Party Piece, Clara in Pygmalion, Patty in Season’s Greetings (all Company of Ten), youngest daughter in Bluebeard (Wide Eyed Theatre Company), Amelia in The House of Bernada Alba and Fairy in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (school productions). She is delighted to have been given the opportunity to join the 4am CAB team!

Anna MacLeod Franklin
Anna has performed extensively from St Albans to Jermyn Street, Stratford and Edinburgh.  Stage credits include Masha inThree Sisters, Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Valerie in The Weir, Lulu in The Birthday Party, Annie in The Regina Monologues, Sonya in Uncle Vanya, Claire in The Maids, Bertha in Polly Teale’s Jane Eyre, a very giggly Maria in Twelfth Night and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, for which she received a Hertfordshire ‘Best Actor’ nomination.  Anna also sings with the jazz band Food of Love.

Will Franklin
Will‘s first stand up comedy gig was described by Simon Munnery as “Not an unmitigated disaster”. He has since strived to uphold this standard, performing in a wealth of productions in St Albans and further afield. Recent stage credits include, Caliban, Lysander, Sir Andrew Aguecheek, Don Pedro, Jack Worthing, and a disturbingly lifelike Einstein in Picasso at the Lapin Agile, although in the distant past he has taken on more serious, heavyweight roles such as Dame Dollop, Stoat Stuart and 3rd Munchkin. Will also plays trumpet, tuba and accordion, and puts his skills to good use as a member of the jazz band Food of Love.

Helen Miller
Helen first discovered her love for acting after playing a pirate in The Firework Maker’s Daughter at the tender age of 34. Since then she has gone on to play a range of parts, such as Rosie in both Humble Boy and Aykbourn’s Flat Spin, Alice in Hobson’s Choice, Teresa in the Bombshells set of monologues, Doris in Same Time, Next Year, Jean in Funny Money, and most recently Cora in Calendar Girls. Helen has worked with several groups, particularly The Company of Ten at The Abbey Theatre, St Albans, and also The Barn Theatre in Welwyn. In 2011 she was proud to represent Tidemark Theatre at the British All-Winners Drama Festival in Guernsey, after they won three awards — including best play — with Rebecca Russell’s Falling off a Log. 

Ian Ward
Ian is pleased to have finally put his voice to better use than shouting “Hilary!” in the street.  He has been involved in nearly all aspects surrounding performance – stand-up, acting, singing, directing, producing, sound design, lighting, the list goes on.  One day, he hopes to find something he is good at… 

Dan Warren
Dan has acted and sung since an early age and simply refuses to stop – no matter how much encouragement he gets.  His acting credits cover pieces from Shakespeare to Wilde and Brecht.  Favourite roles include Sir Toby Belch, Jack Worthing and Lucio.  He was a founder member of the Food of Love jazz group and has sung with numerous groups and choirs over the years.  4am CAB is his first foray into the podcast world.

Chris Luck
Chris was part of 4am CAB from the very first episode and featured in a few episodes of Series 2.  Chris gave life to the infamous Russian Taxi Driver (incidentally, he also played the part of the Man in Trunk, not quite sure how he managed to be in two places at the same time!)  He played one of our favourite roles in 4am CAB as the Dentist in the very first episode.

Jo Emery
Jo joined the 4am CAB company in the middle of Series 1 and was an ever present voice in Series 2.  Over the course of her involvement we have made her pregnant, American, a cat,  host a dinner party, fall in love, an accomplice in a loft-based marijuana factory and the love interest on a submarine!
